5. International Shipping

6. Package Delivery and Inspection
The logistics partner will attempt to deliver your package to the shipping address provided at the time of order placement. If no one is available to receive the package, the logistics partner may leave a delivery notice (for you to pick up the package at a designated location) or attempt redelivery at a later time, depending on the local logistics policies.
You are responsible for inspecting the package and its contents immediately upon delivery. If the package is damaged, opened, or missing items, please notify the delivery driver (if present) and contact our customer service team within 7 business days of delivery. You may be required to provide photos or other evidence of damage or missing items to process your claim.
Risk of loss or damage to the products passes to you upon delivery. We are not liable for any damage, loss, or theft of the package after it has been delivered and signed for (or left at the shipping address with your consent).
7. Lost or Missing Packages
If your package is marked as delivered by the logistics partner but you have not received it, please first check your shipping address, surrounding areas (such as mailboxes, porches, or neighbor’s houses), and contact the logistics partner for further information. If you still cannot locate the package, please contact our customer service team within 14 business days of the estimated delivery date.
We will investigate the status of the package with the logistics partner. If the package is confirmed lost, we will offer you a full refund, free replacement, or reshipment (at our discretion), provided that the loss is not caused by an incorrect shipping address provided by you, fraud, or other circumstances beyond our control.
